Once Planning permission was secured for this residential development, with the help of our 3D visualisations, our brief was to add another level of aesthetic embellishment to the model to create highly detailed and realistic CGI views for the brochure. We also have created fully furnished models of all 6 house types, to produce a full Virtual Tour DVD for use in the Sales Office. This was acomapanied by a marketing Brochure and a mini website with videos compressed to web.
